Vendor Terms

Welcome to ConnectingDNA, where wellness meets science, and every vendor becomes part of something smarter, sleeker, and more… genetically aligned.

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”) and ConnectingDNA Global Pte. Ltd. (“ConnectingDNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the ConnectingDNA platform

By registering as a vendor, uploading your products or services, or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t click, upload, sync, or sell. Step away and grab a kale smoothie instead.

1. Who We Are

We’re ConnectingDNA Global Pte Ltd (“ConnectingDNA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — a gamified wellness and AI-powered marketplace that helps you unlock the secrets of your DNA without ever sequencing it ourselves. We partner with trusted DNA testing companies, but our real magic lies in storytelling, personalization, and privacy-preserving AI.

2. Eligibility

  • To join our platform as a vendor, you must:
  • Be a registered business with a valid tax ID or business registration number.
  • Be legally able to form contracts (sorry, no underage wellness entrepreneurs yet).
  • Offer goods or services that align with the spirit of wellness, science, and sanity.
  • Comply with applicable health, safety, and advertising regulations in your country.
  • Not sell snake oil. (Unless you literally sell snake oil. In which case, please provide a certificate.)

You’ll also need to complete the Vendor onboarding process, which includes:

  • Providing accurate information,
  • Uploading credible certifications of your profession (no self-created, self-signed certificates please)
  • Accepting the idea that selling through a DNA-personalized ecosystem means you’re joining the future of health commerce.

3. What You Can (and Should) Do

As a Vendor, you get access to a powerful toolkit:

  • Product & Service Listings: Sell physical goods, digital wellness products, coaching services, DNA-powered meal plans, retreats, massage sessions, and more (as long as it doesn’t need a prescription or a priest).
  • Smart Matching Engine: Our AI recommends your offerings to users based on their unique genetic traits. The smarter your listing, the more love it’ll get.
  • Vendor Dashboard Access: Manage orders, track sales, assign GST, and sync your Google/Yahoo Calendar so users can book appointments directly.

1. Who We Are

We’re ConnectingDNA Global Pte Ltd (“ConnectingDNA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — a gamified wellness and AI-powered marketplace that helps you unlock the secrets of your DNA without ever sequencing it ourselves. We partner with trusted DNA testing companies, but our real magic lies in storytelling, personalization, and privacy-preserving AI.

You may also:

  • Create discount codes and campaigns,
  • Collect and respond to user reviews,
  • Track your clients’ progress using our built-in dashboard tools

Special features available for our VIP and DNA vendors include:

  • Own Your Brand: Get your own e-storefront (e.g., yourbrand.cdna.shop) linked directly to our marketplace CRM.
  • DNA SaaS Tools: Use our AI to create sleek, DNA-personalized fitness and nutrition plans—customizable with your brand identity.

4. What You Can’t Do (a.k.a. Vendor Don’ts)

  • To keep this a safe, science-forward space, you agree not to:
  • Sell or promote anything illegal, dangerous, or misleading (including snake oil, fake certificates, or magical detox pills).
  • Misrepresent the capabilities of your offerings—no promises to “reverse aging in 3 days” unless you actually have a time machine.
  • Upload infringing, obscene, or unlicensed content.
  • Use user data outside the permitted scope (see Section 6).
  • Circumvent the platform for offline transactions or dodge platform fees. (We’ll know. So be cool.)

5. Payments, Fees & DNA Points

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You can offer standard pricing, instalment plans, or allow users to redeem DNA Points (our reward system that’s cooler than it sounds).
  • ConnectingDNA will deduct a 10%-17% service fee/commission on each sale. Details are in your onboarding or vendor dashboard.
  • Payouts are done [monthly/biweekly] to your designated account, subject to withholding (as required by tax regulations).
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT), which you can configure in your vendor dashboard.

6. Customer Instalment Payments

  • We partner with third-party payment agents (e.g., Atome, Pace, GrabPay Later) to offer instalment plans to our users. These providers operate independently of ConnectingDNA. When customers choose to pay in instalments:
  • They enter into a separate agreement with the third-party provider,
  • Approval, interest rates, terms, and penalties are governed by the provider’s own policies,
  • ConnectingDNA is not liable for disputes, late payment fees, or rejected applications.

7. Fulfilment, Delivery & Bookings

  • Your fulfilment obligations will depend on what you offer—whether it’s a box of supplements or a virtual yoga session.

A. Product Fulfilment

You may fulfil product purchases via:

1. Delivery via Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

  • Vendors must clearly state the estimated number of Business Days

required to process and ship the order.

  • Shipping updates and tracking details should be made available to

the customer as soon as possible.

  • You are responsible for ensuring items are packaged, labelled, and

shipped in a timely manner.

2. Local Self-Collection

  • Customers may pick up their purchases at your physical location, as

listed on your vendor page.

  • Customers must present a valid ConnectingDNA platform receipt as

proof of purchase.

  • Collection hours and conditions must be clearly stated in your

listing.

B. Service Fulfilment

Service offerings may be fulfilled through:

1. In-Person Appointments

  • You must provide your business address or designated service

location.

  • Customers will book time slots via your synced calendar

(Google/Yahoo) or on-platform booking tool.

  • You are expected to be on time and professional—no ghosting

allowed.
