Challenge Partners: Approved fitness partners participating in the Challenge (“DNA-Fitness Partner”)

1. About ConnectingDNA
ConnectingDNA Global Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based wellness innovation company dedicated to helping people understand their genes to design better lives.
We believe your DNA doesn’t define you — it guides you. When paired with the right habits, training, and mindset, your genes become a multiplier for personal growth.
Through collaborations with scientists, trainers, and wellness experts, ConnectingDNA has built the world’s first DNA-Wellness Marketplace, enabling individuals to access personalized health and fitness programs based on their DNA insights.
The DNA-Fitness Transformation Challenge was created from this mission — to prove that transformation is possible when science meets commitment.
This Challenge is our invitation for you to prove to yourself what’s truly possible when where real effort meets real science.
Our goals are simple:
- Inspire Singapore (and beyond) to take charge of their health through science-backed training.
- Build a supportive community of achievers who hold one another accountable.
- To celebrate the real stories of grit, growth, and genetic empowerment.
- And honestly, we just want to prove that anyone can do this — if they commit.
2. Purpose of the Challenge
The DNA-Fitness Transformation Challenge is not just a fitness competition — it’s a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself, physically, mentally, and socially.
By joining, you’re not just signing up for workouts — you’re committing to your personal transformation. Every dollar you commit is a declaration that you’re serious about changing your body, mindset, and life.
This program is skill-based, not a game of chance. Winners are determined solely by effort, performance, and judging criteria — not luck or random draw.
3. Participation Fee & Program Inclusions
To participate, every Challenger contributes S$4,970 (or S$455.58/month for 12 months) toward their own transformation package.
This participation fee covers:
- Up to 30 personalized training sessions with an approved DNA-Fitness Partner
- A DNA Test Kit and 1-year ConnectingDNA Dashboard access (worth S$998)
- A Premium Starter Kit with wellness tools, partner products, and vouchers (worth over S$800)
- A Limited Edition “DNA-Fitness Challenger” T-Shirt (Launch Edition) exclusive to participants
- Personalized nutrition, recovery, and mindset guidance based on your DNA insights
- Full eligibility to compete for up to S$180,000 for the grand prize (ie. First Prize) (awarded across 3 years)
The prize fund is fully secured in a dedicated account and will be released strictly according to the official payout schedule. This ensures every winner receives what they’ve rightfully earned — transparently and on time.
The first 200 Challengers will receive a “numbered” Launch Edition T-shirt — a collector’s item for the pioneers of this Challenge. All Starter Kits and Goodie Bags will be collected at the official Press Conference Event with Gurmit Singh in end November 2025.
Prize fulfilment will be audited annually by an independent accountant or auditor.
4. If You Already Have a DNA Test
If you have previously completed a ConnectingDNA test, the DNA Test Kit included in this Challenge may be gifted or transferred to another person of your choosing (e.g., family member or friend)
The DNA Test Kit cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or used to offset the participation fee for this Challenge.
5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Pre-Service Period)
We want you to join with full confidence.
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, and your training sessions or DNA services have not yet begun, you may request a full refund in writing to challenge@connectingdna.com.
Once any service component has started (e.g., DNA kit dispatched or first training session booked), the program becomes non-refundable.
Refund requests received after 14 days or once services commence will not be eligible. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Duration & Key Milestones

Any changes to timelines will be communicated via official channels with at least 7 days’ notice.
7. Transformation Documentation
Let’s be real — transformation isn’t easy. And to ensure fairness and authenticity of your effort:

- A “Before” photo must be taken at the start of the challenge (verified by your DNA-Fitness Partner).

- “After” photos will be taken every week during the first 10-weeks of this program.

- All photos must be submitted through the official challenge form (verified by your DNA-Fitness Partner).

- Visual authenticity will be verified by ConnectingDNA for leaderboard eligibility.
All visual materials will be stored securely and retained for up to 12 months after the Challenge, unless you provide consent for continued marketing use under ConnectingDNA’s Privacy Policy.
8. How You Win
8a. From Start to Semi-Finals: Scoring Phase
Your transformation will be measured across three categories during the first 10 weeks:

Every month, you’ll see your name climb the leaderboard as your effort compounds. Points aren’t just numbers — they’re proof of your consistency, courage, and commitment.
However, we get it – life happens. But if you show up for every workout, every honest check-in, and every post, it will give you measurable progress toward the grand prize — and, more importantly, the person you become.
Total of 800 points possible before the Semi-Finals.
The Top 30 Challengers with the highest combined points will advance to the Semi-Finals.
All points reset after the Semi-Finals.
Progress is verified jointly by ConnectingDNA and your DNA-Fitness Partner.
All judging will be overseen by an independent panel of certified professionals, and no element of chance will affect the outcome.
In the event of a tie, judges will evaluate effort, authenticity, and consistency. The decision of the judging panel is final.

At the Semi-Finals, participants will be scored by expert judges based on:
Physical transformation
Mindset growth and storytelling
Consistency and authenticity of effort
A maximum of 100 points can be earned at the Semi-Finals.
The Top 10 proceed to the Finals, where scores reset again and judges assess transformation, story, and overall impact for the final Top 3 winners.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
9. Safety & Health Declaration
Your safety comes first. By joining, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have obtained medical clearance if required.
You understand that all fitness programs involve inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for participation.
ConnectingDNA and its partners will not be liable for injuries or losses except in cases of proven negligence.
10. DNA Privacy & Data Protection
Your DNA and personal data belong to you.
ConnectingDNA complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) and uses your information solely to deliver personalized wellness insights.
All DNA samples are processed by accredited laboratory partners. Data is stored securely, with strict access controls and cross-border transfer safeguards.
You may withdraw consent for DNA data processing at any time by written request. Withdrawal will not incur penalties but may affect leaderboard eligibility.

11. Conduct & Integrity
Every Challenger is expected to:
- Attend scheduled sessions consistently.
- Submit honest progress updates, photos, and data.
- Treat DNA-Fitness Partners, judges, and fellow participants with respect.
- Refrain from cheating, falsifying results, or engaging in misconduct.
Any breach of these rules may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
12. Media & Publicity
We love celebrating real transformations.
You may choose to opt in to allow ConnectingDNA to use your name, photos, or testimonials for promotional or educational content related to the Challenge.
You may withdraw consent anytime by notifying the Organizer in writing to challenge@connectingdna.com. Withdrawal will not affect your eligibility unless publicity is integral to prize representation.
Participants under the age of 18 must obtain written parental/guardian consent for publicity use.
13. Payment Terms
- Payment is made securely via your selected DNA-Fitness on https://connectingdna.com.
- Payment must be completed in full or through the approved 12-month plan.
- Fees are non-refundable once the program begins (except under the Pre-Service Period).
- Failure to maintain instalments may result in disqualification.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. Participants will receive electronic payment confirmation and invoice for every transaction.
14. Reviews and Partner Feedback
After completing sessions or milestones, Challengers may leave ratings and reviews for their DNA-Fitness Partner‘s purchased listings directly on the ConnectingDNA platform.
Reviews should reflect honest personal experiences. ConnectingDNA reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that are offensive, false, or breach confidentiality.
15. Prizes & Recognition
Total prize value: S$360,000, distributed over a three-year payout schedule.
All judging and scoring will be independently verified. Winners will be required to sign a separate agreement outlining their Ambassador role and conduct expectations during the three-year prize period.
Prize payments will be made within 30 days of each scheduled milestone (as advised later).
Every Challenger who completes the program will receive a Completion T-Shirt as recognition of effort and discipline.
16. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, methods, and materials associated with the Challenge remain the exclusive property of ConnectingDNA.
Participants may not use or reproduce ConnectingDNA’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ConnectingDNA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
This clause does not limit your statutory rights under the CPFTA or any applicable consumer-protection laws.
18. Termination & Withdrawal
ConnectingDNA may disqualify participants for misconduct, falsified entries, or unsafe behavior.
Challengers may withdraw anytime by written notice.
Withdrawal does not affect your rights to your DNA data or personal information, but forfeits prize eligibility and fees already paid.
19. Governing Law
This Challenge is governed by the laws of Singapore and conducted in accordance with the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice (SCAP).
20. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This Challenge is conducted in accordance with the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice and applicable consumer-protection laws.
