Participant: The participating individual (“Challenger”)
Challenge Partners: Approved fitness partners participating in the Challenge (“DNA-Fitness Partner”)
Program Duration: January 2026 – April 2026
1. About ConnectingDNA
ConnectingDNA Global Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based wellness innovation company dedicated to helping people understand their genes to design better lives.
We believe your DNA doesn’t define you — it guides you. When paired with the right habits, training, and mindset, your genes become a multiplier for personal growth.
Through collaborations with scientists, trainers, and wellness experts, ConnectingDNA has built the world’s first DNA-Wellness Marketplace, enabling individuals to access personalized health and fitness programs based on their DNA insights.
The DNA-Fitness Transformation Challenge was created from this mission — to prove that transformation is possible when science meets commitment.
This Challenge is our invitation for you to prove to yourself what’s truly possible when where real effort meets real science.
Our goals are simple:
- Inspire Singapore (and beyond) to take charge of their health through science-backed training.
- Build a supportive community of achievers who hold one another accountable.
- To celebrate the real stories of grit, growth, and genetic empowerment.
- And honestly, we just want to prove that anyone can do this — if they commit.
2. Purpose of the Challenge
The DNA-Fitness Transformation Challenge is not just a fitness competition — it’s a 4-month
commitment to becoming the best version of yourself, physically, mentally, and socially.
By joining, you’re not just signing up for workouts — you’re investing in your evolution. Every dollar you commit is a declaration that you’re serious about changing your body, mindset, and life.
3. The Commitment & Investment
To participate, every Challenger contributes S$4,970 (or S$455.58/month for 12 months) toward their own transformation package.
This investment covers:
- Up to 30 personalized training sessions with an approved DNA-Fitness Partner
- A DNA Test Kit and 1-year ConnectingDNA Dashboard access (worth S$998)
- A Premium Starter Kit with wellness tools, partner products, and vouchers (worth over S$800)
- A Limited Edition “DNA-Fitness Challenger” Launch Tee exclusive to participants
- Personalized nutrition, recovery, and mindset guidance based on your DNA insights
- Full eligibility to compete for up a total prize pool of S$360,000 in prizes (awarded over 3 years)
This isn’t a fee — it’s a stake in your own transformation.
The first 200 Challengers will receive a “numbered” Launch Edition T-shirt — a collector’s item for the pioneers of this Challenge.
All Starter Kits and Goodie Bags will be collected at the official Press Conference Event with Gurmit Singh in end November 2025.
4. If You Already Have a DNA Test
If you have previously completed a ConnectingDNA test, the DNA Test Kit included in this Challenge may be gifted or transferred to another person of your choosing (e.g., family member or friend)
The DNA Test Kit cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or used to offset the participation fee for this Challenge.
5. Duration & Key Milestones
- Start Date: 2 February 2026
- Semi-Finals: April 2026 (Top 30 announced)
- Finals & Award Ceremony: June 2026 (Top 10 finalists).
Organizer reserves the right to adjust timelines with reasonable notice.
6. Transformation Documentation

- A “Before” photo must be taken upon signup (verified by your DNA-Fitness Partner).

- An “After” photo will be taken at the end of the 4-month program in April 2026.

- Both photos must be submitted through the official challenge form.

7. How You Win
7a. From Start to Semi-Finals: Scoring Phase
Your transformation will be measured across three categories during the first 10 weeks:

| Mental (20%) | Up to 200 pts | Share mindset insights, personal reflections, and growth videos. |
| Social (20%) | Up to 200 pts | Post your progress, tag #DNAFitnessChallenge, and inspire others. |
Every month, you’ll see your name climb the leaderboard as your effort compounds. Points aren’t just numbers — they’re proof of your consistency, courage, and commitment.
However, we get it – life happens. But if you show up for every workout, every honest check-in, and every post, it will give you measurable progress toward the grand prize — and, more importantly, the person you become.
In the case of a tie, judges will review effort, consistency, and authenticity to determine the winner.
7b. From Semi-Finals to Finals: Judging Phase
At the Semi-Finals, participants will be scored by expert judges based on:
Physical transformation
Mindset growth and storytelling
Consistency and authenticity of effort
A maximum of 100 points can be earned at the Semi-Finals.
The Top 10 proceed to the Finals, where scores reset again and judges assess transformation, story, and overall impact for the final Top 3 winners.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

8. Safety & Health Declaration
Your safety comes first. We’ve designed this program to push you — not harm you.
By joining, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have sought medical advice if needed. You understand that all fitness programs carry inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.
ConnectingDNA, its partners, and trainers will not be liable for injury, illness, or property loss except in cases of proven negligence.
9. DNA Privacy & Data Protection
Your DNA and personal data are yours. ConnectingDNA only processes anonymized insights to ensure fairness and performance validation.
All DNA data is handled by accredited labs in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA.
You may withdraw consent for data use at any time, though this may limit participation eligibility.
By joining, you consent to photography, videography, and media use for educational or promotional purposes.
All content produced during the Challenge remains property of ConnectingDNA Global Pte. Ltd.
10. Conduct & Integrity
Every Challenger is expected to:
- Attend scheduled sessions consistently.
- Submit honest progress updates, photos, and data.
- Treat DNA-Fitness Partners, judges, and fellow participants with respect.
- Refrain from cheating, falsifying results, or engaging in misconduct.
Violations may result in disqualification and loss of eligibility for prizes.
11. Media & Publicity
By participating, you join a movement that inspires others to believe in change.
You grant ConnectingDNA permission to use your name, likeness, photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional or educational content related to the Challenge.
If you wish to opt out of specific uses, please notify the Organizer in writing before publication.
12. Payment Terms
- Payment is made securely via your selected DNA-Fitness on https://connectingdna.com.
- Partner on https://connectingdna.com.
- Payment must be completed in full or through the approved 12-month plan.
- Fees are non-refundable once the program begins.
- Failure to maintain instalments may result in disqualification.
13. Prizes & Recognition
Total prize pool: S$360,000 (distributed over 3 years).

Final winners will be selected based on cumulative leaderboard points and judges’ scores.
Judging is conducted by a panel of certified experts and industry professionals, and all decisions are final and binding.
“In-kind” rewards include ConnectingDNA credits, vouchers, or partner perks. Winners will enter an Ambassador Agreement outlining conduct expectations during the prize period.
All prizes are subject to Singapore taxes, and winners are responsible for their own declarations.
Every Challenger who completes all 4 months will receive a Completion T-Shirt as a badge of honour.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectingDNA shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Injuries caused by participant negligence
- Any claim exceeding the total participation fee paid
16. Termination & Withdrawal
ConnectingDNA reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct, falsified entries, or unsafe behavior.
Voluntary withdrawal forfeits all rights to refunds and prizes.

By registering for the DNA-Fitness Transformation Challenge, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the Challenge constitutes your full acceptance of all policies, waivers, and rules stated above.
